Weather to become fair

After a few cold and windy days the weather seems to be looking up in the next 10 days. Since there is no chance of precipitation at all the next week the only thing that could hurt the comfortable high temperature predictions is the wind. However, according to weather.com the wind should be staying right around 10 mph, keeping the wind chill temperatures a little chilly, but not down below freezing.
